Advisory
We provide:
1. Strategic advice for clients to achieve their goals, including:
developing a detailed understanding of your business and your objectives
ensuring that you have a balanced and clear vision, and translate this into a plan
monitoring your progress against your plans and respond to changes accordingly
challenging you on your assumptions
2. Corporate finance advice, including fund raising (debt and equity), acquisition search and advice, and disposal of companies (sourcing strategic buyers and handling negotiations through to completion).
Investment
We invest from internal resources as well as from professional investors (including small family offices and niche funds). Our focus is to invest in established companies where we can add value. Current portfolio includes:
