Ali Sharifi
Ali has over 25 years’ experience advising businesses on their strategy and corporate activity (acquisitions, disposals and capital raising) and has been involved in more than 100 transactions.
Ali was a partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP for 11 years. He was Head of Corporate Finance for two and a half years before setting up Avicenna Capital.
Mark Steel
Mark’s passion lies with helping entrepreneurial businesses and their owners to realise value and growth. Mark has worked in senior positions in privately owned, private equity backed and public companies, so has a very good understanding of the direct pressures facing business leaders. Having lived and worked in France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, Mark has direct experience and insight of working with our European neighbours.
